Sharing a Folder

Right-click a folder in your list and choose Share.... You can also use the folder's sharing switch. The window is Share folder with the folder name.

Permissions

Tick the chips: Download / Re-share, Measuring tools, Attachments, Comments and Exports (DXF, STEP, STL). Exports works only when your own plan is Advanced or higher. Recipients never pay.

How Long

Access ends offers: Never (until you revoke it), In 7 days, In 30 days, In 90 days and In 1 year.

To a Group

Under Groups, choose a group and click Share to group. Current group shares appear as chips with a copy-link button, a refresh arrow and an X to stop sharing.

To People

Under People, fill in Their name (optional) and Their email. Use + Add another recipient for more. Then click Share and email their folder links. Each person gets an email with links.

Models Added Later

A group share follows the folder. Models you add to the folder later show up for the group on their own. Emails to people are sent once, with the links that exist when you send. To share later additions with them, share again.

Models inside a shared folder show "shared through" and the folder name in your list. The refresh arrow updates every model link in that folder share to the current saved state.
